My family doesnt really like my boyfriend… but we have a family tradition of decorating the christmas tree with my family and he wants to join. How can i tell him no and explain it to him in a nice way? I just want to avoid a uncomfortable situation plus they all hate him.

This is my first Christmas in charge of the decorations and I can’t decide how to decorate. Everything will be decorated around the trees theme. I have a red kitchen, a beige living room and my house is very open. I can’t decide if i want to do a multi colored tree that is fun and youthful (I’m 22), try to pull off a blue “snowy” decor or a more traditional one with red and cream. What do you think?

I’ll tell you. It was a very bad day in Fairyland. Santa had a cold; Mrs. Santa had PMT; the elves were threatening to go on strike; the reindeer had eaten something that disagreed with them; the parcel-wrapping machine had broken down; and it was raining.
Then a sweet little fairy walked up to Santa carrying a Christmas tree under her arm. ‘What do you want me to do with this, Santa?’ she asked ….

I stored my plastic christmas tree in it’s cardboard box in the garage over the summer. We were just cleaning out our garage and found out that mice and bugs got into it. I don’t want this to happen again and so I’m looking for a bag that till keep all those critters out. Any ideas?

I need to know how many pounds a cut christmas tree weighs. I realize there are different types, so an approximation is fine.

I wanna decorate the Christmas tree in the remote corner of my house and let me know how to choose the location? How to find a good shop to buy Christmas tree?

My mother in law and I are Christmas fanatics and we have decoration contests every year. What scheme/theme should I use for my tree this year. Last year I used ice blue and white. She used red and the year before she used black and silver.

I’m thinking about getting a Christmas Tree this weekend, from a tree farm. You get to pick out a tree, cut it down, and everything. How long would a tree stay green from the moment it’s cut until it starts turning brown? Thanks, and please help!

How long do you keep your tree up after Christmas? I usually take down the decorations around the house after New Years and shortly after that the tree.

I put my Christmas tree up 3 days ago and filled the tree stand with sugar water. It has the cuts in the trunk to help it absorb water, but the stand is still almost full. The needles are still very green and soft.I have never had this happen before, with past trees I have had to fill it every day or every other day.Should I be concerned about it drying out or is this normal? Thanks in advance!
